"It's always you," Prism said under her breath as she closed her eyes. As her eyes closed the room around them completely changed from resembling a bedroom to a gym.
"Thanks, Harmony,"
"Just get it over with already," Prism said as she walked over to the benches on the side with Lana and Silas.
"You know how to play right?" Pheonix asked Dawn, who stood on the other side of the court.
"Yeah, I just dodge and throw the balls right?"
"Exactly," Pheonix said excitedly. "Silas will be the ref since he's neutral,"
"He's neutral?" Dawn asked looking at Silas.
"Yeah Lana hated you long ago and Harmony just doesn't trust you,"
"Scarlett!" Lana yelled.
"I didn't do anything, why does she hate me?" Dawn asks.
"Sorry but you haven't won," Pheonix said with a laugh. "If you win, I'll be on your side and support you like you wanted,"
"Ok but what happens if you win?" Dawn asked. As Dawn asked her question a whistle was blown. Pheonix balled her fists and punched towards Dawn summoning a fireball. Dawn ducked almost being hit in the face by the fireball. "W-wait, I thought this was regular dodgeball!" Dawn yelled in fear as she stayed on her hands and knees on the gym floor.
"Scarlett will always find a way to incorporate her powers in every game she plays," Silas said. "Seeing as you look completely fine, she must have missed. Good job,"
"Yeah that's why I rarely get to play the games I want to play," Scarlett said with a smile.
"You're crazy!" Dawn screamed as she tried to exit the court but was blocked off by Prism's rhombus.
"Forfeits aren't allowed, you either get hit or hot Scarlett," Prism said as she picked up a book.
"But she'll kill me!" Dawn screamed.
"That's why Lana is on standby," Phoenix said as she launched another fireball at Dawn. Dawn ran across the court to avoid it.
"H-how do I play if there are no balls?!" Dawn complained. Prism looked at Lana as she sighed and held up a paintbrush she painted in the air summoning water balls on Dawn's side of the court.
"Come on, best of 3," Pheonix said launching another fireball at Dawn. Dawn quickly picked up a water ball and extinguished the fireball with it.
"You should start fighting back if you want to win," Silas told Dawn.
"R-right," Danw said picking up a water ball. Pheonix stood with her arms wide open. "What is she doing?" Dawn asked looking at Silas.
"Looks like a free shot," Silas said plainly. "Take it before she changes her mind,"
Dawn threw the water ball and it hit Phenoix right in the chest but she didn't get wet.
"One point for the Princess," Silas announced.
"Wait, why didn't she get wet?" Dawn asked. Lana turned her nose up at Dawn, Prism paid her no attention, and Silas just shrugged.
"Ok practice run over," Phoenix said as she held both her fists up creating fireballs.
"Wait, a practice run? So my point doesn't count?" Dawn panicked.
"Nah, it still counts," Pheonix said as she glanced at Silas.
"Go," Silas said.
Phenoix continuously launched fireballs at Dawn. Dawn tried to run but was immediately hit in the back.
"One point for Scarlett,"
Dawn fell to the ground screaming as she rolled around trying to put out the flame. She hit a water ball and the fire was put out, Pheonix laughed so hard she was also on the ground rolling.
"I almost died!" Dawn screamed across the court at Pheonix, she continued to laugh not hearing Dawn. Dawn quickly picked up a water ball and threw it at Pheonix, Pheonix kept laughing as she engulfed her entire body in flames.
"Oh my god, I can't breathe," Phenoix said trying to catch her breath after laughing so hard. "You should've seen your face, I could've died," Phenoix said mocking Dawn.
"Let's just finish the game already!" Dawn yelled.
Lana scooted over towards Prism and tapped her on the shoulder, Prism sighed and closed the book to look at her.
"Do you think the Princess will win this game?" Lana whispered.
"Not a chance," Prism said quickly. "Scarlett knows that herself as well that's why she's making a joke out of it,"
"What? Then what's the point of all this?" Lana replied.
"Just wait and see," Prism said opening her book back up. "Silas, let's speed up this game okay?" Silas nodded.
"Next round, it's one-to-one," Silas announced.
Pheonix stopped laughing and had a look of determination in her eyes. Dawn left chills throughout her body and quickly ran to get a water ball. Pheonix launched two fireballs at Dawn one after another, the first fireball extinguished the water ball and the second one hit her right in the chest.
"One point for Scarlett," Silas announced.
The fireball that hit Dawn was put out as soon as it hit her, Dawn looked at Pheonix. Pheonix winked at her and stretched out her tongue.
"It's 2 to 1, better try harder if you really want my support," Pheonix said as she held up her fists waiting for the next round to start. Dawn took a deep breath and shouted.
"Ready!"
"Go," Silas said.
Pheonix once again launched a fireball at Dawn but this time Dawn shapeshifted into a bird, dodging the attack. Pheonix, Silas, and Lana all looked at Dawn in shock.
"H-Harmony, I think you should put the book down," Lana said shaking Prism's shoulder unable to look away from the court.
"What is it now?" Prism said closing her book.
"She turned into a bird," Silas said still watching Dawn.
"Well that's unexpected," Prism said as Dawn shapeshifted back. Pheonix smirked and began launching more fireballs at her causing Dawn to shapeshift back into a bird and fly around the gym. After a few missed fireballs, Pheonix started to get annoyed. She began launching larger fireballs at Dawn.
"Ugh, just get hit already!" Pheonix yelled.
"Game over," Silas said causing the gym to disappear completely, returning everyone to the room they came from.
